A coaching journey with me consists of at least three sessions, each lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour. During these sessions, we will explore what you want to achieve from the coaching, clarify the goals, and discover how your specific strengths and personality type can help you achieve these goals. We might touch on the power of visualisation and do some exercises around changing any unhelpful beliefs you hold about yourself that are preventing you from moving forward. As a resilience and wellness coach, I can also provide you with mind-body interventions like breathing techniques, aromatherapy and guidance on how food impacts our moods.
At all times, you are in the driving seat of the coaching relationship. After three sessions you can choose to end or continue your coaching journey with me. Our conversations will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
Our sessions will be every two weeks via Zoom.
My coaching hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 9am and again from 8pm to 9pm. I also offer coaching sessions on Saturdays.
Before our first session, I will send you a Coaching Client Questionnaire and a Coaching Agreement. The Questionnaire will provide us both with a rough idea of what you would like to get out of the coaching process, and the Coaching Agreement sets out the terms of our coaching relationship.
