1-to-1 Life Coaching
A 1-to-1 coaching journey with me usually consists of three sessions, each lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour. At all times, you are in the driving seat of the coaching relationship. This means you can of course opt for just one session, or for more than three. You also decide how far apart the sessions should be. It’s totally up to you.
In the coaching sessions, we will explore what you want to achieve from the coaching, clarify your goals, and explore how you might go about achieving those goals. Don’t worry if you don’t know for sure what your goals are. We can figure that out together.
My coaching style is solution-focused so we don’t dwell too much on the past, instead we focus on the now and the future.
We may touch on the power of visualisation and do some exercises around changing any unhelpful beliefs you hold about yourself that are preventing you from moving forward.
As a Reiki practitioner I can also offer Reiki therapy at the start or end of a coaching session to help balance emotional and mental energies. If you are open to Reiki therapy we can include it in our sessions, if not, we don’t.

What to expect
Before our first coaching session, I will send you a Coaching Client Questionnaire and a Coaching Agreement. The Questionnaire will provide us both with a rough idea of what you would like to get out of the coaching process, and the Coaching Agreement sets out the terms of our coaching relationship.
Our conversations are always treated with the strictest of confidence.
Coaching is delivered virtually, via Zoom.
