My journey

My own journey has taken me from South Africa to London, where I worked for many years in international law firms. Although I was successful in my career, I always felt a deeper calling to guide others toward something more meaningful. In 2020, during a global pause, I followed that inner nudge and trained in Reiki and transformational coaching.

In 2022, my husband and I returned to South Africa, where I now offer Reiki sessions, Reiki training courses, and holistic coaching both in-person and online.

Years spent abroad gifted me with resilience, open-mindedness, and a grounded perspective that I bring into every session. As a highly sensitive person (HSP) and naturally intuitive practitioner, I work closely with each client’s energy, offering personalized guidance that helps them navigate life’s transitions, find clarity, and create meaningful growth.

What I do

I work intuitively, drawing on a rich toolkit that includes Reiki, crystals, numerology, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), and resilience-based life coaching. If you’re an empath or Highly Sensitive Person like I am, you’ll find this a safe space where your sensitivity is seen as a strength and beautiful gift, not a flaw.

I bring a blend of wisdom, optimism, and calm presence, making people feel safe, seen, and uplifted while always staying grounded in real-life tools and teachings.

In addition to Reiki treatments, I also teach Reiki courses in Mossel Bay and Pretoria with my husband under the banner of Usui Reiki South Africa. Empowering others to tap into their own healing potential is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work.

When I’m not working with clients or teaching Reiki courses, you’ll often find me exploring the Garden Route with my husband, and of course — sipping a good cup of coffee.
