Inner Evolution is a guided 4-week coaching and energy healing journey where I walk beside you, offering Reiki energy healing, transformational coaching, intuitive guidance and soul-aligned tools. Together we create the space for you to discover what you are meant to be doing, realign energetically, and step confidently into lasting personal transformation — not just on the surface, but in every area of your life.

How the Journey Unfolds
Over 4 consecutive weeks, I will gently guide you through a step-by-step process of realignment and personal evolution. Each week is focused and intentional, building layer by layer. Between session you will also be asked to complete tasks at home like journaling, guided meditation and other exercises designed to help you continue your personal evolution between sessions.
Week 1: Soul Insight - Numerology
A 90-minute deep-dive session where we explore your personal numerology profile. We look at your soul lessons, natural strengths, and recurring life cycles. You’ll gain clarity about why certain patterns keep showing up and how to shift them, what your purpose is, the theme for the current year and four key years in your lifetime. Your first layer of transformation starts as you understand your soul blueprint.
Week 2: Energy Healing - Full Reiki Treatment
A 60-minute Reiki session, designed to clear and rebalance your energy system. We focus on releasing stuck emotional or energetic blocks. You'll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and reconnected to your inner self.
Week 3: Life Coaching & Intentional Goal Setting
A 60-minute coaching session that bridges your inner work with practical action. The focus is on achieving balance between the “must do’s” and “love to’s” in your life. We assess the main areas of your life, giving you a clear view of what is, and what isn’t, currently working. With this insight, you’ll form a practical, action plan to support your personal evolution, supported by a personal affirmation to help you establish new habits in support of your goals.
Week 4: Integration Reiki Session & Reflection
A second 60-minute Reiki session to integrate the changes you’ve made. The focus is on integration, grounding and energetic resilience for lasting transformation. We review your journey and ensure you're fully supported to continue your personal growth.
BONUS! Moon Cycle Energy Support
You also receive a 20-minute distance Reiki mini-session at either Full Moon or New Moon to boost your energy . At New Moon we set intentions & call in new beginnings. At Full Moon we release what no longer serves & celebrate successes.

Yes you can! All sessions for clients based outside of South Africa are done over Google Meet and the Reiki treatments in weeks 2 and 4 will be Distance treatments. (The bonus Reiki at new moon or full moon is always a Distance treatment, even for in-person clients.)
Any client based in South Africa can also do this programme online-only.
Once every week for four consecutive weeks on the same day of the week.
Depending on when the full moon or new moon falls within your four weeks, we will schedule the bonus distance treatment in addition to your regular weekly appointment.
