My journey

I’ve always been intuitive — the kind of person who makes decisions by listening to my gut. Whether it was moving between countries, starting over, or following a calling I couldn’t explain, every big decision in my life came down to a quiet, but powerful inner knowing. And when I trusted it, life always opened up in ways I couldn’t imagine.

Some of those decisions were bold – like marrying someone I met online and moving between South Africa and the UK more than once! Others were quieter but just as transformative – like the moment I knew I was meant to walk the path of a Reiki Master and holistic wellness guide.

The truth is, I’ve had to let go of a lot. I’ve faced difficult emotions, limiting beliefs, and those inner voices that told me I wasn’t ready or good enough. But through those experiences, I learned how to rebuild from the inside out. I learned what resilience really means and that is possible to overcome Imposter Syndrome when it rears it head.

Now, I use everything I’ve learned – both from life and from years of study – to support others on their journey.

What I do

I work intuitively, drawing on a rich toolkit that includes Reiki, crystals, numerology, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), and resilience-based life coaching. If you’re an empath or Highly Sensitive Person like I am, you’ll find this a safe space where your sensitivity is seen as a strength and beautiful gift— not a flaw.

In addition to one-on-one healing work, I also teach Reiki courses in Mossel Bay and Pretoria with my husband under the banner of Usui Reiki South Africa. Empowering others to tap into their own healing potential is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work.
